We differ from your typical Accountants, of course we provide the usual services, but we also offer full financial accounting services in Chester, which is like having a qualified accountant/finance director active in your company when you need them without the full cost of an employee.

If you choose our Full Management Accounts service, once a quarter we will come to your place of business and conduct a financial review with you, which will include: A thorough trading review versus forecast and budget. Analysis of your cost lines. A detailed review of your sales and products, and how you are performing in the market. Identification of risks and opportunities to your business. Marketing activity and recommendations. Debtors and Creditor analysis. Internal Audit opportunities. And Tax planning recommendations.

In addition to this there will be times in your business where you will require us to produce budget and forecasts, projections for financing or borrowing, valuations for exit, supporting analysis for liaising with suppliers and institutions to negotiate better deals and rates, capital expenditure appraisals for new spend and the continual monitoring of the associated benefit of that spend to ensure you are making your projected returns.

All of this is included in our Full Management Accounts monthly plan. We do have some extra services which are chargeable separately such as creating business plans and tax investigations, but these are generally very specific large pieces of work. We do not currently provide services to larger businesses that require an Audit so we can’t yet accommodate clients whose businesses meet two of the following criteria or who have multiple shareholders who require an audit:

• Turnover is in excess of £6.5m.
• Assests worth more than £3.26m
• More than 50 employees​​

However, if your current Accountant doesn't provide the type of service that you are after and we do, then changing over to us is very easy. We will provide you with a template of a letter you can send over to your current Accountant.

No. Your price excluding VAT will be fixed for 3 years if you choose to continue our services. The only exception to this rule would be if you decided to upgrade or downgrade your package, or add or remove specific services that are not part of your package.

When we say we are flexible we mean it. You can reach us anytime by phone (or email if you prefer). We may be seeing other clients at the time but we will come back to you as soon as we can and by that we mean the very next free second we get. If you want to see us face to face we can arrange to meet you at our premises or yours, or another location of your choosing. Whatever makes your life easier is how we operate. Is it more convenient for you to see us in the evening or at weekend? We know that the most important thing in running your business is being able to run your business during trading hours. We will see you whenever it is convenient for you!
